All orders must be prepaid.

With the new fee rates from the U.S. Postal system, things have gotten a bit difficult. If you are paying by credit card, don't worry, I'll calculate the shipping for you.

If you wish to pay by check or money order, figure in $6.75 for the first 6 oz. of product. After that, add $2.50 per 6 oz. If your package requires more for postage, I'll be glad to indicate the extra on your invoice. If you have sent too much, you will have a credit for that amount with SMH.

International orders, please fax, write, or e-mail for postage rates. All orders must be prepaid in American currency.

Orders may be placed by snail mail, e-mail, phone or fax. All orders must be prepaid by personal check (held for seven days prior to shipment), cashier's check, money order or credit card. Only credit card orders may be e-mailed, phoned or faxed in.

All orders are sent Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. Overnight mail carries a $20.00 minimum fee for shipping, and the order must be received and processed before noon (excluding weekends and holidays). Out of country orders will vary in shipping costs, depending on location. Please be aware that some countries (like South Africa) will not allow herbal products in. Be apprised of your country's policies, as any costs for returned mail will not be reimbursed.

Orders generally go out within 24 hours of receiving them. However, I am often out of the city lecturing. I am usually only gone for three days, but at least once a year I am involved in traditional ceremony and can be gone for up to fourteen days. If you have not received your order in a reasonable amount of time, please do inquire. If you do not get a reply in a day or two, just figure I am otherwise engaged, and will get back as soon as I can. Please understand that prayer and ceremony are an important part of what I do and I will never trade them for an increase of income.
